Central Mail Server Reports Offline but it's not!

    I'm trying to deassign a Plesk server from the centralized mail hierarchy but I am unable to do so.

    In troubleshooting I notice this message in Expand:

    "One or several mail accounts are not synchronized with the corresponding objects on the assigned Plesk servers or contain outdated information. The reason: Offline."

    The fact of the matter is the server is not offline. I can do everything to it including logging in, repairing, etc. Please help urgently.
