I am assuming that this is how you add or remove virtual machines from this system. I can not seem to get this working.

I followed the steps in KB article http://kb.parallels.com/en/113071 and went to the IP of the controller on port 4643. I got the following error:

Forbidden - The IP address of a physical server cannot be used with its Parallels Power Panel port number.
    Do one of the following:
If you want to open the Parallels Virtual Automation Control Center, use the IP address of the management server with the default port number.
If you want to open the Parallels Power Panel, use the IP address or hostname of the Virtual Environment.

and when I log in to the controller's IP, under the "Parallels Virtual Automation" heading it says "Parallels Virtual Automation is not configured on your system."
