The user s cannot be modified from Plesk Clients

    We are running Plesk Expand 2.3.0 and after migration of our infrastructure to a new hosting environment we continue to receive an error from the Plesk Expand server (in Centralized Mail) with a sync status issue between a Plesk server and the Central Mail server regarding a Plesk client s account. The error description is Unable to set login or password argument: the user with login name admin already exists.

    The user s cannot be modified from Plesk Clients to use a different login and/or password, each attempt to do so fails.

    Any advice on alleviating this issue would be appreciated.
